Born on the training pitch
Driblo was born on the training pitch, not in an office. Our founder Morten is a football coach who kept losing his evenings to laptops instead of cones and bibs. Session planning, player tracking, periodization spreadsheets — the admin side of coaching kept growing, stealing time from what he actually loves: being on the pitch with his players.
The real problem wasn't the workload. It was that no tool understood what coaching actually feels like — knowing your left winger learns best through repetition, remembering that your centre-back needs confidence after a tough match, feeling when a session needs to change on the fly. Coaching is deeply human. The tools available treated it like project management.
So Driblo was built around what matters most: your coaching philosophy. You define your Style of Play — how your club thinks, moves, and competes — and Driblo helps you bring that to life. It suggests sessions aligned with your principles, supports player development that fits your identity, and handles the repetitive admin so you can spend your energy where it counts. The coach leads. Driblo assists.
AI power × Coaching power
We believe technology should amplify coaching, not replace it. Every feature we build starts with one question: does this give coaches more time on the pitch and less time behind a screen?
Mission
Give coaches their time back. Automate the admin, simplify the planning, and let AI handle the repetitive work — so coaches can focus on what actually matters: developing players.
Vision
AI coaching intelligence for every club. From grassroots to professional academies, every football club deserves tools that turn their tactical identity into daily practice.
