Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Driblo platform ("Service") provided by Driblo FC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Driblo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Service is a website and two phone apps, Driblo Player and Driblo Coach; these Terms cover all three.

1. Service Description

Driblo is a team management platform for football (soccer) clubs. The Service enables:

• Club and team management
• Player registration and roster management
• Training and match scheduling
• Attendance tracking
• Injury management (with player consent)
• Player development tracking
• Formation and tactical planning
• Notifications about squad selection, cancellations and reminders

2. Account Registration

To use Driblo, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

When using Driblo, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share personal data of others without their consent
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

4. Club Administrator Responsibilities

If you are a club administrator, you additionally agree to:

• Ensure all members of your club are aware of and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
• Have a lawful basis for processing data about your club's members and inform them of it — including involving a parent or guardian where the rules require it for a member under 18
• Manage access permissions responsibly within your club
• Report any misuse or security concerns promptly
• Ensure coaches understand they must only record health data for players who have consented

5. Data processing for clubs

Where Driblo processes personal data on a club's behalf, it does so under our data processing agreement:

• The data processing agreement forms part of these Terms and applies from the moment the Terms are accepted on the club's behalf
• It can be read at play.driblo.io/dpa before it is accepted, and it requires no signature
• The club is the controller for the data it records about its members, and Driblo is the processor. Driblo is itself the controller for the account relationship — see section 1 of the privacy policy

If you accept these Terms on behalf of a club, you warrant that you have authority to bind that club.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to Driblo (such as player photos, training notes, or team information). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it as necessary to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of content you upload
• Ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload
• Obtaining consent before uploading photos or personal data of others

7. Intellectual Property

The Driblo platform, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Driblo FC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
• That the Service will meet all your requirements
• That defects will be corrected immediately
• Delivery of notifications — they depend on Apple, Google, your network and your phone’s settings, so the Service itself is always the place to check when and where

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Driblo FC shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Driblo FC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you upload or share through the Service

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Deleting your account yourself: under Profile → Account on the web, or Profile → Account → My data in the apps. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
• Contacting us at play@driblo.io. We delete your account and your personal data without undue delay.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

13. Dispute Resolution

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
